@nomadrum shows off a build thrcfiret of its kind for musicians who want to do more with less movement.

Let's see what they have to say about this product:

“This version of the kit was designed for musicians who want to do more with less movement.

Mounted on a snare drum, it opens new possibilities for percussionists, multi-instrumentalists, and musicians with reduced mobility or limb differences.

It can be played with hands, sticks, pedals, or combined with another instrument, for example, guitar players adding percussion with their feet while playing.

The goal is simple: make rhythm more accessible, modular, and adaptable to different ways of making music.

Every musician plays differently. This kit is built for that.

What do you think about this? I would love to read your thoughts”

This is such a fascinating product and I look forward to them locking in a final model!!

Shout out to @nomadrum for sharing this with us all!!

The Chocolats played their final show and, obviously, didn’t know how to take it easy ❤️‍🔥
The room was alive! Energy, sweat, noise, smiles, and a bit of chaos to tie it all together 🫂
Halloween at Washed Up - we’ll be talking about this one for a while!
Thank you to everyone who was part of it 🖤

I’ve been thinking about how often Niels and I fall into the same choreography.
Like all couples, we have our go-to moves, and sometimes it feels like it takes all the energy in the world not to get pulled in.

The same tone, the same reaction: even when we both mean well, the pattern runs itself.

This week’s blog is about non-contingent novelty: the moment one person moves differently, not to fix or prove, but to stop repeating what’s already scripted.

It’s how change actually begins. Not just in relationships, but in how we move through the world.
