Launching the Connection Series with @hennepinmade and @sanyu.creative for BOLD’s first event of 2026! Connecting with creatives in our industry brings even more meaning to the work we do and the community we design alongside. Owner-founder Jackson Schwartz of Hennepin Made will lead a tour of their glassblowing studio and share local collaborations. Founder-Owner Patricia Mutebi of Sanyu Creative is capturing headshots for the attendees during the social hour. Patricia is a photographer with a one-of-a-kind perspective shaped by her background in architecture. Trained to see light, space, and composition, she brings that same intentional eye to every portrait she creates. Her passion for photographing people and the stories they carry led her to explore photography on a deeper level, and that curiosity continues to grow. She is currently developing her first body of work, Threads of Us, a project exploring culture and identity that she is preparing to exhibit. Her work is a reminder that the most compelling images are the ones that make you feel seen. This event is free for BOLD Cohort Members, with limited spots for Non-Cohort Members. Please register via the link in IIDA Northland’s Bio. Event date: Thursday, April 16th | 5:30 - 7:00PM Location: Hennepin Made Showroom BOLD Cohort Members: Free to Attend NON-BOLD Cohort Members: $25 including fees
