It's nice to see how others respond to the Nonlinear C15. I enjoyed how Malcolm improvised with the preset with built-in delay. I can already see that autumn will be a fruitful season of creativity. #smoothjazz #artistspotlight

Autorska architektura Nonlinear Labs C15 🎹

C15 nie posiada LFO ani typowej automatyki.
Zamiast tego oferuje bardzo ekspresyjną kontrolę nad brzmieniem: ribbon controllers, aftertouch, bender, pedały i dynamikę klawiatury.🎛️

To wszystko pozwala kształtować dźwięk bezpośrednio podczas gry.

Brzmi ciekawie? Najlepiej sprawdzić samemu 🙌🏻
C15 jest dostępny do testów w Wired Tunes✨

Nie wygląda jak typowy syntezator. I zdecydowanie nie brzmi jak jeden 👀🎛️

Nonlinear Labs C15 to instrument stworzony przede wszystkim do performance’u — z wyjątkowo ekspresyjną klawiaturą, ribbonami i ogromnymi możliwościami kształtowania dźwięku w czasie rzeczywistym.

So thrilled that @favoriteneighbors has been letting me curate music for their Wednesday nights every month or two — I've been really enjoying exploring the duo format, and felt it was the perfect opportunity to invite @paris_on_piano (AKA @parisbluebutler) to revive our project, "Yortle," for an adventurous night of music.

We improvised for two hours straight— no loops, sequences, or samples used; it's so cool that Paris can get so much sound from a non-conventional synthesizer and a few pedals, and I did my best to keep up on the drums.

I have really been enjoying these vintage @ludwigdrumshq mahogany drums lately — they were standard issue in many schools in the '60s for their field bands, and I had @revival_drum_shop configure them into for drum kit, with the help of some expert bearing edge work by @kirschdrumsportland — the cymbals are all from @cymbalandgong, whose Holy Grail and 11th Anniversary lines compliment vintage drums incredibly well. I love paying respects to the craftfolk that make my instruments sing, so show them some love too!

Paris is running a @nonlinearlabs C15 into a @wearenovation Peak, @strymonengineering Big Sky, @eventideaudio H90, @meris.us Ottobit Jr., and a @hologram_electronics Microcosm

I recorded the set with a @dji OSMO Pocket 3 and @zoom H6 and mixed/mastered it the same night — I've really been digging the workflow of that setup and will probably use it more for future posts since the audio and visuals look pretty crisp for such a basic setup!

Here is a juicy bit from our set last night; enjoy!
