Today, we honour the legacy of a dreamer, a leader, and an advocate for justice who showed us the transformative power of peace.

Dr. King’s vision of a world united by peace and equality continues to inspire us to take action. His memory reminds us that peace is not passive — it’s the courageous pursuit of understanding in every endeavour.

His courage inspires us to challenge injustice and his compassion reminds us to lead with love. Change starts with each of us.

“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” – Martin Luther King Jr.

A recap of our Podcast Bootcamp in partnership with @nonviolence_uk and @re.capital💜🎙️

Let this be a reminder to always centre young people’s voices in the conversations that they are the topic of. Encourage them to express themselves and to be curios. Encourage them to speak about things they are passionate about and advocate for them to have the agency to do so!

Today is Non-Violence Day.

A day to reflect, a day to act. 🕊️

In a world where violence in all its forms, whether physical or mental — continues to harm individuals and divide communities, the need for change has never been more pressing.

From global conflicts to personal struggles, we must choose a different path — a path where empathy, dialogue, and respect replace aggression, intimidation, and harm.
Violence, whether it’s a harsh word or a physical blow, is not inevitable.

Together, we can educate, inspire, and empower one another to resolve conflicts peacefully, without resorting to harm.

Today, we reaffirm our commitment to create a culture of non-violence, to lift up our communities, and to teach future generations that peace is always possible.

Join us.
Support change.
Choose peace.

Here are some flicks from the podcast bootcamp we did in partnership with @nonviolence_uk and @re.capital.

We went through how to create a podcast from the planning stage right through to technical skills and post production. We ran workshops with the girls looking at peace through an individual, community and global lens and explored how peace and conflict impacts our lives and relationships.

The episode will be out soon so stay tuned to hear all about relationships and peace from the perspective of our young women💜

In the spirit of International Day of Peace on 21 September, we are using this week to showcase what we are doing across our core offices to actively contribute to a more peaceful and connected world.

Kicking off in London, we recently partnered with @youthrealities, a youth-led domestic violence organisation, and @nonviolence_uk to launch our Podcast Programme.

This is an initiative designed to empower young women by teaching them how to create their own podcasts, from initial planning all the way through to post-production.

In addition to technical skills, the programme incorporated peace-building workshops that examined peace and conflict through various lenses: individual, community and global.

By the end, the girls recorded their own podcast episodes, using their voices to shed light on important issues.

It was an incredible to see this meaningful work in action, and the lasting impact it’s had on these young women as they continue to build their futures. Thank you to @youthrealities, @nonviolence_uk & @studioeightgroup for their partnership in making this a reality.
