The two-finger Euro pleat will always be my favorite! Its tight, tailored folds create such a beautiful drape. And I love how all the textures in this room come together! 🤍

Privacy below, natural light above. We love how these top-down, bottom-up woven wood shades give this room a soft look while letting in light right where it’s wanted. Options for this feature are limited, which makes this one a favorite.

Love this kids hangout area! So fun and cozy. We did a wood woven shade here to bring in some more of the natural elements while also achieving the look of a Roman shade.

Better late than never, right?

This happened back in October, and apparently it took me almost a year to actually post it. Clearly I need to hire a social media guru next!

So incredibly grateful for this wild ride in entrepreneurship, the amazing women who work alongside me and collaborate with us and our clients, and most of all, the clients who trust us with their homes, their moves, and all the life happening in between.

Special shout out to my team that isn't pictured with FE (@cspelts @sararaesunny @kristelharlacher)- Y'all got us through five insane moves over the summer and I wouldn't be standing if it weren't for you...

Check out this Denver Beauty!

Mint Construction crew hard at work changing this 1920’s Denver home into a more modern, functional and client driven remodel where our team of laborers and subcontractors really put in the sweat and time to transform this home into something to photograph.

Mint Construction is thankful for our crew and subcontractors on this one. While we renovated and added new, we also kept some key original materials which is a decision that really complimented the historic value of this home.

The hours spent is worth the short 2.5 months from start to finish of construction for the clients to enjoy a home for a lifetime. Are you ready to transform your house into a home?

Such a happy feel good home boasting with color and elegance! We did a dual drapery for her which finished the space perfectly. Always love working with talented designers who have such a beautiful vision!

We are really amazed with how this mid century modern project in Lakewood turned out. We took out a center dividing wall between the kitchen and front living space to give the home a modern open concept. It’s amazing what can happen with solid planning and execution. Thank you to @nookdesigncollective for the wonderful design. #buildforthewayyoulive #coloradoremodel #luxuryliving

The moments that keep us going:

When someone else says “I’ve been there” HALLELUJAH
When confidence starts to come back HALLELUJAH
When one breakthrough unlocks the next HALLELUJAH
When designers show up for each other HALLELUJAH

This is the room.

Not just strategy.
Not just information.

Support. Perspective. Momentum.

The kind that brings your clarity back.
The kind that reminds you why you started.
The kind that actually moves your business forward.

If you’ve been doing this alone, this is what you’ve been missing.
