Grateful for all of you who came to the table to share space, play, make art, and connect with yourself and others at Convergence in #Lexington, Kentucky. Huge shout-out to the Quilt Museum, which is a great tradition and inspiration right here in Kentucky. @nationalquiltmuseum

It takes courage and vulnerability to play and make art with a variety of materials. This workshop is that each of us have a story and have a patchwork "Square", and that we are all interconnected (like a Patch Quilt)! So many folks said it was fun, calming, and they liked being able to talk and connect with others. That's #CreativeHealthKy when we can get together and use a variety of art media. It's an ongoing reminder there is no right or wrong way to make art, except whatever feels safe and comfortable to you!

Many thanks to @nookthecollective and @srsly_why for coordinating! Special thanks to @groundedalldaycafe for hosting and allowing us to use your space. Also thanks to other coordinators, vendors, and folks who came share your story, creativity, merchandise, or share help! Looking at you @cheriedawnhaas and @foliosportfolio_ and @monchericreations23

I can’t say it enough— I love my friends and all the cool shit that they do in this lifetime.

If you have yet to join us at Convergence, go follow @nookthecollective so you can add our next community date to your calendar!

One of my favorite events throughout the year. I’m so blessed and thankful to be surrounded by such amazing, giving, loving, open minded individuals.

A day full of community, love, yoga, flow & creating 🙏🏼

So proud of @e3mpathy and the impact he’s had in bringing us together. And @srsly_why for being an absolute vision as she shares her flow with us. Lastly @groundedalldaycafe for opening their space to us and being a light within our city. Thank you ☕️

Blessed blessed blessed. Please join us next time 🫶🏼

I enjoyed leading a small group of folks in painting mini pots of their spring intentions, and then planting seeds together. Let's keep this high of joy and connection going! This work on keeping our village going is so important for Creatives and Counselors, etc. I'll look at the pictures and share more reflections.

I included the preview graphics because it gives info and context.

Bonus photo of yours truly at the end! Make sure to hydrate y'all! Happy Friday, and hope to join you for the next one!

Note: All participants gave permission for their photos. If you see a picture, and don't want it up - happy to take it down.
