Why would Carbone have such a comically large menu??? 🤣 If you celebrate the 4th, happy 4th! I’m wishing you all freedom of the heart and the mind. It can be so hard deciding what to believe. We all have intrusive thoughts and sometimes those things can be echoed by what we consume into our hearts and minds. Sometimes by family, friends and even what we watch on tv. My prayer for myself and for all of you is that we remember we have the freedom to choose what we want to believe in. We can filter through those thoughts and use discernment to decide what’s useful and factual and what’s pseudo. As long as we remember that, we can choose to believe in the things, the people and the thoughts that make us feel empowered. We all deserve happiness, it starts with a choice and a missing nail 🤪. ALL OF US being on the cover IS THE POINT of @KeyTVNetwork Wow!! Just past a year for @keytvnetwork. I remember calling @noraradd and pitching her the idea of this network, this business venture and she was immediately on board. I’d met @definitelynotchelsea through @r29unbothered and was so marveled at her work, I knew she would be a brilliant addition to what we are trying to achieve. I’ve know @youknowjefe since I was a teenager and his skills as a publicist and a connector have always been at the highest level. Together we became the first KEYmakers of @keytvnetwork. We all know there are so many opportunities out there with brands, but not always is it possible to reach them. Even when your content is amazing! This network, my team, the business of KeyTv is built on the back of us leveraging our voices. Leveraging our own culture and creating a space that makes it easier for us to collaborate with one another. Thank you @teenvogue for the acknowledgement!

Whew!! Happy Birthday to the bestest friend I could ever ever ask for!! I just have to tell you @noraradd, you have given me a completely new meaning to friendship. Whether it’s work, relationships, personal stuff, whatever! You are ALWAYS THERE FOR ME. When @summersbreeze_ said “Let’s throw Nora a surprise party!” I was like LETS GOOO. YOU KNOW THE TWO VIRGOS HAD TO COME THROUGH FOR OUR FAVORITE LEO 😍🤞🏾 — celebrating you is as easy as breathing and I thank everyone that showed up. I was getting so much anxiety wanting everything to be perfect for you. Guys I literally lied to her and told her we were doing a best friend photo shoot. That’s the only way I could make sense of her getting her hair and makeup done but I knew if she walked into a surprise party without the works she would’ve been pissseddd hahaha. There were some hiccups, I had to go off at the door for a second cause they almost ruined the surprise hahahahaha but it was truly a blast!!!! Seeing you happy makes me happy and it’s just the beginning of this birthday month, so we had to pop it off right. Thank you for being a light in my life. I had a really good weekend. Life is overwhelming and also beautiful. I’m quite the workaholic but I am making time to have fun and be with friends in the midst of it all. I miss New York a lot but being back in LA reminds me of my teenage years and how hard things were to balance between career and regular life. It’s good for me to see how that has changed. I’m a work in progress, sis got big dreams!!! I’m just really happy you guys. Love u!
