Nora Perone (@norassic_park) plays Kave, a mild-mannered Dragonborn with icy breath and the heart of a poet, in #HijinksEnsue. Notable quote from the pilot: “I’m a fucking DRAGON!” Hailing from the country roads of West Virginia, Nora Perone is a performer/ producer/ acting coach/ dog person/ proud Hufflepuff who trained in acting and musical theatre at West Virginia University and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. In addition to her work with Revisionist Entertainment, she is Co-Artistic Director of Streetlights, People! Productions (@streetlightsppl). Nora has seen every episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation multiple times, knows the words to a significant portion of Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, and can relate literally anything to John Mulaney stand-up, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, or How I Met Your Mother. Two weeks until the release of #HijinksEnsue Episode 1, Pt. 1! Mark your calendars for Sunday February 9th. ⚓️🐉🍻🌱 . Hijinks Ensue is a brand-new web series, here to ask the age-old question: What happens when you drop six professional actors who’ve never played Dungeons and Dragons before into an epic mystery campaign? . The three-part pilot episode follows a Gnome P.I. on a missing persons case, a wealthy Elf heiress on her gap year, a mild-mannered Dragonborn with the heart of a poet, a Tiefling missionary with questionable intentions, and a Halfling who just wants a nice cup of tea— guided by a DM who has other ideas. A LOT of other ideas. . Each of our adventurers has their own reasons to journey to the long-forgotten land of Blodau, but upon docking in Porthladd Fioled, they discover that all is not as it seems. The unlikely group of friends find themselves swept up in a plot that's bigger than all of them— one that they may or may not be competent enough to survive. . As the gang follow their carefully laid trail of magical breadcrumbs— with the occasional break for bar fights, red herrings, and good-natured bickering— each clue seems to raise as many questions as it answers. Why are there so many orphans in Fioled? Who is the Garddwr? And what the hell is going on with all those succulents?
