Bampfield Views 😍

We don't like to brag but we really do have some of the best views right from our farm!
Set in acres of beautiful countryside, yet close to sandy beaches and the dramatic, diverse landscapes of Exmoor, we are ideally located to explore all that North Devon has to offer while still being 'away from it all', giving our guests the opportunity to relax, unwind and recharge those batteries.

Children have the freedom to get outside and back to nature in a safe, traffic-free environment where they can experience life on the farm and get hands-on with our animals during one of Lynda's farm tours. Our farm makes for a truly wonderful holiday for all ages 🥰

Our cosy country cottages are a mix of old and new with original features throughout such as stone fireplaces and barn doors. Even the fitted bathroom in Haven Cottage still has the original beams, giving the modern suite a touch of character and charm.

Just picture yourself enjoying a long, peaceful soak in the tub after a day of enjoying all that Bampfield Farm has to offer, or perhaps putting your feet up in front of the fire. However you like to unwind, we can guarantee Bampfield Farm is just the place 🫶

🍂Autumnfest at Arlington Court runs between 3 October - 1 November.

Take a stroll through the grounds and follow the animal-themed scarecrow trail, featuring creative displays made by local schools, community groups and volunteers. The trail runs from 10 October to 1 November.📆

Inside the house, discover a beautifully dressed harvest table and seasonal floral displays, then head out to the gardens to enjoy a colourful display of gourds.

On Friday 30 October, join in with a Family Fun Day in the gardens to get creative. See the seasonal harvest displays, hands-on family crafts including whittling, marshmallow roasting and much more.🔥

You can also take part in one of their free guided autumn walks and learn how to identify trees across the estate by their leaves, bark and seeds. Walks take place on 3, 6 and 18 October.

Always a great day out for our guests staying at Bampfield Farm and just a short drive away too.

Autumn Equinox Eve 🍂🔥 The fires are lit…

Autumn might just be our favourite season for luxury glamping in North Devon.

Think warm days exploring Exmoor National Park and the North Devon coast, golden sunsets across our private 18-acre valley, then evenings around the firepit roasting marshmallows.

Try fire & ice with our lakeside sauna and wild-swimming lake, sink into the hot tub, or cosy up around your Treehouse log burner.

And when darkness falls, look up. Longlands sits within Exmoor International Dark Sky Reserve — on clear nights you can see the Milky Way stretching across the sky.

Our five Safari Lodge Treehouses sleep up to 30 guests, making Longlands perfect for families, group getaways, milestone birthdays and corporate retreats.

Come and disappear into the valley for a few days.
