Hello fellow health pursuers,

See a couple new followers, so just wanted to reintroduce myself.

I've been a nurse for 10 years and am completing my acute care NP degrees this December.

I went into functional medicine because it revolutionized my life in 2024. I am thankful God opened up the doors for me to open up my own clinic and share that healing with others.

I work with my clients and their providers to develop a truly comprehensive plan, not just a list of supplements, that fits their health goals and addresses root cause factors for real symptom solution, not suppression.

But beyond me as the practitioner...I'm a human being. A mom. A wife. A sinner saved by grace. A nurse that believes in traditional medicine AND holistic/functional medicine.

I love sushi, classical music, and Christian K Pop (it exists!). And I love healing -- real, inside out healing.

It's been a while since my last post! Been working quietly, but the results are speaking for themselves, so wanted to share a testimony.

SIBO is becoming increasingly common, and there's so many reasons why it occurs. But in this case? We saw full resolution without a single antibiotic.

Helping people reclaim their LIFE is one of the most exciting thing to do.

The energy to get through the day. No fear of food or "is this going to make me react?". And bonus? Clearer skin. Lost weight.

Hello fellow health pursuers,

A little different than my usual content....but, in a way, a confirmation of something I say often.

Christ. Purpose. Community.

(Chida et al., 2009) and (WHO, 2025).

God designed humans to engage with others. To be His hands and feet to others. To live like every action we have on earth has eternal impact.

Olivia does just that. I am so privileged to know both her and Kelsea (not seen here, but can be found at @littlelanternspediatrics) for being women of God whom my soul is knit closely to. Truly they are two people who walk in their annointing.

@kairosfarmacademy is not just teaching kids math. It's not just teaching them language. Kairos under the guidance of @olive_yuhh is teaching young hearts and minds how to live like Christ, how to love him, and how to walk in the light of His freedom.

My heart is so full from the time spent with dear friends, dear children, and experiencing spiritual liberty from the Deliverance conference.

I'll probably have to make a special video just for Deliverance! But if that term makes you uncomfortable or curious, send me a message!! I would be happy to personally share my experience.

This is your sign to lean into Jesus, your God-given purpose, and a faith-filled (non toxic) community!

Hello fellow health pursuers 🌿

Here are a few of my favorite items I use when my kids (~18mo and 3+yr) are sick with colds/upper respiratory and other viral illnesses really. This is by no means medical advice, but products i used based on my own research.

Olive leaf extract: immunity booster and anti inflammatory

Astragalus extract: immunity booster

Hyland products: tablets and syrup

Zeolite: toxin binding (this has b12 and vit D in it as well) *the more I learn about vit D supplementation, I am on the fence about daily vit D, but i do for sure give it when they are sick*

Propolis spray: immunity support AND i try to spray it on the back of their throat to hit affected tissues

Aloe vera juice: healing to intestinal lining as well as anti microbial and anti inflammatory and antioxidant and immunomodulatory

Turmeric + ginger gummy: antioxidant + anti-inflammatory

Raw honey: soothing to throat, antimicrobial and anti inflammatory

Lemon honey tea: nice warming drink. I love that my kids will drink tea with me.

Raw onion in socks when sleeping or napping: the body absorbs the sulfur compounds from the onion, and sulfur in the body is important as we need it for the production of glutathione, major antioxidant produced in the body. Literally so funny when people are so skeptical and negative about onion in socks, but it is low risk high reward, unlike some medications I know 😒

I also focus on easy to digest foods and broths. I am mostly concerned about hydration and nutrient, not calories when sick. OVER 70% OF YOUR IMMUNITY IS REGULATED BY THE GI. The body inteligentally says "don't eat!" because it wants to focus on fighting the pathogen.

I hope you find this short reel helpful. It's by no means and exhaustive list, but just some of the things used in the Oliver household.
