Today would've been the first day of our Summer Retreat 🌞🌻💚

However, energies shifted, the planets realigned
and we moved our event forwards to April for our very first Spring Retreat

And what a magical 3 days 💫

The sun shone, the skies were blue, the night sky glittered with stars and we shared the time with a truly beautiful collection of people

We moved, relaxed, danced, walked, ate, chatted, read and found deeper connections with each other & the natural world

Today I feel deep gratitude for the time shared and the beautiful memories made

Last week’s cooking class with @greensandotherscommunity recap 🥟

From crunchy cucumber salad to that HOT & SOUR soup moment… and yes, the dumplings were chef’s kiss 🥟

But the real surprise? That stir-fried potato with vinegar & Sichuan peppercorn,so simple, yet SO addictive 😮‍🔥

Loved the energy, the curiosity, wrap the dumplings together.

Nothing beats seeing everyone go from “I’ve never made this before” to stir fry in a full speed 💛
 Glad to see all smiling face and compliments.

This April sees our final ever retreat at @woottonparkwellness 💫🌳🧘🏻‍♀️☀️

We moved our retreat dates, when they announced they would be closing their doors so to arrange one last event!

The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff really work hard to help us make our retreats the beautiful success that they are.

Last year, our retreaters didnt want to leave!! 🕊💤✌️

So... this year (our final year!) we are making it our biggest retreat yet.
