So..."For the Love" just had its first festival selection at @goldenshortfilmfestival and I couldn't be more excited! Thanks to everyone who made the mad scramble to put this project together and film using the extremely tight filming window we had to work with that day. Also, thanks for braving the weather. It doesn't look like it, but it was COLD that night!

Thank you to everybody that was apart of the cast and crew of “Where Is It?” 😌 it was my very first time being a lead actor in a film. I was very nervous but very excited all at the same time and I just appreciate everyone’s patience with me on set and I hope that everybody who has seen it or gets to see it in a future film festival likes it and enjoys it as much as we all did making it. I was challenged a lot during this project and I can’t wait to see where everybody else goes it was fun meeting all of you and connecting through this film! That being said this is probably my last post about this film lol unless it ends up going crazy in a film fest soon 👀 until then THEO OUT - 🤪 (also new music coming soon #813410 ) 📸 BTS photo credits: @0_odmamit 📷 Screening photo credits: @strongppman168

Where beauty meets art. ✨ A touch of GlowPop, a moment of confidence, and a reflection transformed into inspiration. Featuring @barb_vrubel wearing GlowPop Lip Oil and captured alongside the stunning mirror artwork by @novaglore. Because beauty isn’t just what you wear—it’s how you express yourself. 💖 Hydrating. Nourishing. Effortlessly glossy. #GlowPop #GlowPopNYC #LipOil #BeautyMeetsArt #artandbeauty

🎨✨ Lorena García’s Novaglore marks a compelling debut following her graduation from MICA’s Fine Arts program—an exhibition rooted in self-reflection, calculation, and transformation. At its core is an act of instinct: mirrors that shattered unexpectedly were not discarded, but carefully reassembled. What could have remained debris becomes something deliberate and resonant—a meditation on repair, on reconstructing meaning from rupture. García’s use of broken mirror, grout, construction adhesive, and 24-carat gold leaf turns fragmentation into a language of renewal. Material choices throughout the exhibition are both intimate and confrontational. In one work, dyed tampons form a rose-like structure over chicken wire—at once delicate and charged, evoking the body, cycles, and the tension between concealment and visibility. Elsewhere, magnet cubes inscribed with alchemical symbols—rendered in copper, gold, metal, and mirror—suggest systems of knowledge, transformation, and coded meaning. The final section shifts into performance: a video in which García reduces a mirror to dust, incorporating algebraic logic in collaboration with her friend Jackson Walters. Novaglore reflects a simple but powerful idea: we come from matter and eventually return to it. "For dust you are and to dust you shall return.” In this exhibition, that cycle is made visible through processes of breaking, fragility, and rebuilding.
