Every session hits differently ❤️ Right now, I’m still trying to find the words to describe what last night meant to me. But from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Thank you for showing up, for allowing yourselves to be vulnerable, for sharing your energy, your love, and most importantly, for trusting me to hold this space for you. Last night was something special. Something I’ll carry with me for a long time STRONGER THAN SILENCE @bhd_fitness for opening up your heart and space for this kaupapa 🫶🏻

These words really hit home. 35 years of life, love, faith, hopes, dreams, dramas, regret, forgiveness and lessons. Nothing can replace them. Nothing should. Nothing ever will. Every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every month of those 35 years I carry with me in my heart for however long I have remaining here. The weight is not heavy because it’s carried with love and Joy. You carried me this far my love. I know you got me for the rest of my life. You got me for time and all eternity. Love you. Your Blue 💙💙💙

✨ MEET THE TEAM ✨ With hearts full of gratitude, we are honoured to welcome Novalee Vea back to the NSW Council for Pacific Communities as our Social Media & Content Coordinator. Many of you will remember Novalee as one of our dedicated Young Ambassadors, always willing to give her time in service to our community. Her passion for uplifting others, creating meaningful connections, and empowering people to discover their purpose continues to shine in everything she does. Novalee is of Māori, Tongan, Fijian & French heritage and proudly represents her cultures with courage and grace. This appointment carries a very special meaning, as Novalee steps into the role once held by her beloved late mother, Joy Kahotea. Joy was more than a team member—she was a guiding light whose kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication left a lasting impact on our families and the wider Pasifika community. Today, Novalee continues that beautiful legacy with the same love, strength, and servant heart her mum shared so freely. We know Joy would be incredibly proud to see her daughter carrying the torch and continuing the work she cared so deeply about. Please join us in warmly welcoming Novalee back to the team. We look forward to seeing her honour her mother’s legacy while creating one of her own as she serves our community with heart, purpose, and aloha. 💙🌺
