Week 40 of 2026 💞 Madison was my muse this week. I think we both missed one another more than we thought last week. She’s been extra attached, and I’m happy to soak up every second of it. Pic 1: Winter is coming. Should I buy this headband from @anthropologie? JK. I am not, but I thought about it! 😅 Pics 2–5: Literally, M ruled the week. It’s her world and I’m living in it. There’s no other timeline I’d rather be in. Bingo, walks where she was carried like a baby, and her first field trip! Can’t wait to get back to @kelkenbergfarm! 🎃 Pic 6: My first born pup turned 15 this week. I know our time together is getting shorter, and I’m so grateful for every day with my girl. 🐾🤍 Pics 7–8: Sunrise flow! Talk about being in the moment and slowing down. Pic 9: For two years, every six weeks, I’ve gotten together with these women, and for the first time ever, we got a picture! So grateful for this friendship and for these two. 💗 Pics 10–11: I got to be at @massaveproject twice this week! Once for book club and again for the Raising the Roots fundraiser. How beautiful is this mural by the talented @cas_gibson? We had the best time at the event, and it was so good to run into so many familiar faces. If you’ve never been to @massaveproject, get there because it’s simply wonderful. 🌱 Pic 12: Current read and I am HOOKED. Pics 13–15: Little things that made my week: our raspberries really took off (finally), I’m grateful that @southpark is back, and Rob surprised me and decked the house in our cozy fall decor. I’m so excited. 🍂 Pic 16: You already know we love being at the @buffaloakgartmuseum. Seriously, how cool is M? Just soaking it all in. Pic 17: Anytime I get to be at @extra_extra_pizza is a win in my book. 🍕 Pic 18: If you’re reading this on 10/4/2026, it’s 82 days until Christmas and the mall is ready for the holiday season. Thanks for the afternoon at the mall @sincerelybriesh! 💁🏽‍♀️ I can feel a really cozy transition heading my way, and I am so excited for this new season. 💛

Week 35 of 2026! This week flew by… like, weirdly quickly. It was a whirlwind of fun, with a few emotional moments sprinkled in. We made it to the other side, and my liver needs a break. 😂 Pic 1: Mom + Dad had their first night away from Madison! We’re still gone rn, so the official report back is TBD, but she could hardly be bothered with us when I tried to FaceTime her. So… I think she’s doing just fine. Thank you @bridget_b64! Pics 2–4: Earlier this week, we asked M what she wanted to do that morning, and she said, “Go on a run.” A 2-mile run, to be exact. So, we did! Then later in the week, @emilysorokes absolutely crushed it leading the back-to-school @novemberprojectbuffalo! Pics 5–8: We’re counting down the days until school starts while also trying to soak up every last bit of summer. The little things, the things that make us happy, the ordinary stuff that somehow ends up being the good stuff. 🖤 Pics 9–11: Shoutout to @demanda_lee for bringing me a birthday cake to book club this week (not pictured 🥹), and then I rolled into my other book club two days later on a day when I really needed wholesome hugs and meaningful conversation. I got to kick off the weekend with @sincerelybriesh, just yapping away well after @freestreettavern “closed.” 😅 Pic 12: I normally keep work-related things off my feed, but the backpack drive was this week too! I run this program, and it’s always really special to see the impact this team has on kiddos in our community. 🎒 Pics 13–17: And the reason we were are away: celebrating love! Congratulations, @katie_mmuise and Paul! 🥂🤍 PS -Dress details: @halfandhalf_1088! 😍 And just like that, we’re slipping into September this week. There’s lots of fun stuff in store, but honestly? It’s going to be a whole lot calmer… and I think my liver is going to appreciate that. 😂 Cheers! ✨

Our 4th year biking across the Peace Bridge for a farmer's market and a beach day! This wouldn't be possible without everyone from @novemberprojectbuffalo coming together to make it work! Great turnout! 36 people! We startled the border patrol agents! We'll definitely try to do a fifth one next year!

Week 33 of 2026: I was exhausted just looking back at the pictures… 😂 This week was jampacked, and completely unintentionally. We always keep a few days open to catch up at home, but also so we can say yes to random invites. Apparently, this was the week we said yes to everything. Also, this week looks a little different because all 20 photos refused to fit into my usual carousel. Pics 1–3: I was on the block party committee this year (shocker), and Rob was in charge of the grill. Shoutout to our crew for the good vibes, drinks, s’mores, and for keeping the party going long after we reopened the street. Pics 4–7: After three long weeks of a sinus infection, Madison and I are finally finding our rhythm again. Swimming and volleyball for her, Peloton and my @novemberprojectbuffalo crew for me. It also felt really beautiful to just be home this week. Pic 8: A long overdue coffee with @mazimmer181 and sweet baby Conor. Heart = melted. Looking forward to many more coffees and playdates. 🤍 Pic 9: Girls’ night after a really hard day was exactly what my soul needed. Not every week is glamorous, but this setup definitely was. ✨ Pics 10–11: Do I need more books? Trick question - the answer is always yes. Hit up @fitz_books_and_waffles for their book sale, then Madison and I walked to the library… without the stroller! 📚 Pics 12–14: Thanks @agency_15 for the fun day at @sixflags! Madison’s first time, and our first time back in 9 years. Then naturally we rolled right into a night out! We hit up The Yard at Perry and dinner. Apparently we don’t know how to rest. 😂 Pics 15–19: Took a last-minute day trip to Canandaigua because we’re adults and have free will. 😂 Delicious lobster roll, cold drinks, great conversation, and ice cream, obviously. Pic 20: A little walk with my firstborn furbaby, Ariel. Earlier this week, we found out she likely has about 3–6 months left. I’ve been lucky enough to be her mama for 15 years. The news didn’t make it any easier, but holy shit… do I feel lucky to have had a dog like Merp. 🤍 This week was pretty emotional, for both the really good things and the really hard things. But man… this life is so beautiful. 🤍
