I’d be lying if I said this season went to plan. I really thought my second season would be easier than my first. LMAO. Who the hell was I kidding? 😂 This prep has tested me in ways I didn’t expect, and I’ve had to grow in a lot of ways that have nothing to do with my booty. Apparently, we’re building character along with glutes over here. Rude.

But really, I’m grateful for every day of this journey, even the ones that have kicked my ass. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, excited about what’s still to come, and very aware that I have a lot left to learn and a lot of booty left to build. I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything, and I’m looking forward to a whole lot more of it. 🐭🍑

A clear goal and a short window can reveal just how much you’re capable of.

In three weeks, NPC True Novice athlete @thaitiki learned to present in both Bikini and Wellness. Zero knowledge. Zero experience and This Saturday, she steps on her very first NPC stage at @themusclequest, Colorado Muscle Classic.

Weekly video check-ins, biweekly posing sessions, and 40 minutes of daily practice. Because posing only works if you fucking work it. You have to practice. You have to put in the reps. That’s why I don’t encourage crash courses in posing.

Tiki has done an amazing job learning under pressure and building a strong foundation. She has a great team behind her, and I’m excited to see what she can bring to the stage in 2027.

I’m incredibly proud of her work ethic, determination, consistency, and passion. Give yourself a goal worth chasing and show up for it every day. ✨

We didn’t just SHATTER the teapot... we connected every curve into one continuous, powerful silhouette. A competitive physique REVEALED.

CONNECT the LINES. FIND the SHAPES!
From shoulder cap to lat, waist to quad sweep, glute-hamstring detail to calf and foot placement. Every line now has purpose, creating dimension, balance, and a more aesthetically powerful side pose.

And the BEST part? NPC WELLNESS athlete @erinscarano can MIRROR that precision on both sides.
