Drop And Gimme….60! Day 12 of the Drop And Gimme… push-up challenge, but… New Month… New Push-Up count! That’s Right… it’s now 60 push-ups! If you’re just joining us today, you can do 50 for@this month… that’s fair. If you can’t do 50 at once,… do them in sets… if you can’t do regular pushups, do knee down, or leaning against a counter… or on the first or second step. Whatever it takes to help you gain momentum. Something is better than NOTHING! Thank you to those who have joined in the fun… love you! Have a blessed day… I’ll be back, but for now… it’s run time. #Dropandgimme50 #dropandgimme60 #DropAndGimme #pushups #pushupseveryday #pushupsfordays ##fitnessgoals #myfitnessjourney #thisis47 #embracethesuck #gogginsmentality #bebetter #dobetter #letsmotivateeachother #motivation #motivacion

Day 6 of the #DropAndGimme50 push up challenge. Wasn’t in the mood to do anything today, but a deal’s a deal! Like. comment. Share. Post your own and Tag me, and I’ll repost on my story. Let’s see how many people we can motivate to put in their 50 a day! Remember, if you can’t do them all at once… take a break… do as many as you can… or do progressions, by leaning against a wall, counter… work desk… you can literally do them anywhere. So don’t make excuses… make a commitment. #DropAndGimme50 #pushups #pushupseveryday #fitness #healthandwellness #myfitnessgoals #exercise #healthylifestyle #lfg #stayhard #embracethesuck

Day 4 of our pushup challenge, suggested by my little brother, @levine_the_bay The challenge… 50 push-ups every 24 hrs. Plain and simple. Can’t do 50
In a row? That’s cool. Not everyone can…Do Installments of 10… can’t do that? Do as many as you can… take a break, and come back. Can’t do a regular push up? Put your knees down… or lean on a counter… You don’t need a gym… you don’t need equipment… all you need is a floor and the desire to do something that will benefit your health. Push-ups not only strengthen your chest and triceps, but done properly, they are great for your core. So come on, people! Get inspired the #BeBetter… to #DoBetter . Join me in my journey, and make it YOUR JOURNEY… Like… Share… Comment… tell me to shut up… whatever… but after you do… “GET DOWN AND GIMME 50!”… tag me, use hashtag #Getdownandgimme50 and let’s see how many people we can inspire together! #myfitnessjourney #pushupseveryday #pushups #pushupchallenge #loveyourself #fitnessgoals #calisthenics #bodyweightworkout #bodyweighttraining
