The Best National Trust Days out - a bold statement

Bold statement abound, here is @ceceatthecountryseat and my list of our favourite @nationaltrust days out. Disclaimer, this is not exhaustive and is up for annual review - there are just so many places left to explore! But here are our favourites:
- Dyrham Park gets better everytime we visit
- Chastleton is such a unique hidden gem
- Stourhead is a place we have to visit every year
- Kingston Lacy really scratches the history itch for me
- Ironbridge is a totally different day out & we had so much fun
& an honorary mention to Prior Park, which is also fabulous, and one of my favourite half a day trips.
But obviously you have to tell me where your favourites are?

England has so many gorgeous country homes nestled throughout, its impossible not to fall in love!😍

Here’s a glimpse of our afternoon visiting Chastleton House in the Cotswolds.

It’s a 17th century country home beaming with character, gorgeous displays and unique artefacts such as the Juxon Bible which King Charles I handed to Bishop Juxon right before his execution on the scaffold on January 30, 1649 😲

007 is out and about again in the UK!
This time @nationaltrust @ntchastleton Chastleton House and Garden in the Cotswolds.A family home for nearly 400 years to a mix of merchants, soldiers inventors and artists. and preserved as it was found.
The church next door provided homemade cake and tea and coffee. A lovely day out.
