Nikkei is Japanese technique with Peruvian ingredients, and it’s been that for about a hundred years. Here that’s ceviche, causa, arroz con pato, branzino chicharrón. He told me a three-star kitchen makes you fast and clean, and that you have to care about the product. People ask me where to eat in Miami. This is what I say now. The ice cream is amazing. It’s their famous horchata ice cream that they make in-house and their pan de elote is to die for - it comes out so warm and so fluffy the way the ice cream melts on it. It’s just perfect. @millersalehouse their Captain Jack’s is so underrated! If I’m going to ale house, I am not leaving without ordering this dessert! You have the fudge at the bottom you have ice cream you have Oreo crumble whipped cream. How can you resist? @knausberryfarm is this honestly even a question? Kraus Berry cinnamon rolls have been legendary and even with these new owners they’re still keeping its legacy alive. @nunamiami I kid you not from the first bite I was in awe! This Peruvian flan had me in a chokehold. I cannot recommend this enough if you dine at Nuna. @santodulcechurros there’s cinnamon and Nutella halo churros are so delicious! @georgesrest this pistachio gelato is so creamy. It’s made in house. And after the first bite, I was savoring each one after that from how good it was. @flanigansfl I don’t care where anybody says the bonsai brownie from Flanigan‘s is elite. I wish I had more dessert lovers as friends because if I could order this every time I go to Flanagan‘s, I would legit be a brand ambassador for it already! @midtowncreamery their flavors of ice cream is fire! I love how creative they are! And when they started with the cereal waffles, I passed out!!!! @mojodonuts it’s always fun to see what kind of doughnut they’re gonna come out with especially for the holidays and how they decorate everything so nicely. There’s something about biting into one of their donuts that just makes you want to close your eyes and say mmmmm! @kyurestaurants I will never get over the cinnamon roll. The way it looks.
