we finally did our mess team party 🤍

half the team here, half in spirit
still felt like everyone was in the room with us

We had the absolute best time making the cutest charm necklaces for the whole mess family

this team is the reason the studio feels the way it does

loved getting to be together outside the studio and celebrate that

it’s the heart of everything here at mess

thank you to @ivymanehoboken for having us 🤍

Just a reminder, if you need it 🤍

We know there can be a lot to take in sometimes.
In our feeds. In our group chats. In our own heads.

If you need a place to move and breathe, we’re here.

Come shake it out.
Come feel strong in your body.
Come find your rhythm.

Show up for yourself.
Take care of each other.

We’ll see you on the mat.

Move. Evolve. Shake. Sculpt.

2025, you stretched us, strengthened us, and surprised us in the best ways. From full classes and new faces to meaningful growth and unforgettable moments - this year reminded us that Elevate is more than movement, it’s community.

Thank you to every client, instructor, and team member who showed up, supported one another, and made Elevate what it is.

We’re so proud of what we built together and so excited for what’s ahead ✨💛

This year has reminded us how special this community truly is 🤍

To our incredible clients: thank you for showing up, trusting the process, and bringing your energy into the studio. You are the heart of Mess.

To our amazing Mess team: your passion and care move this space in ways that go far beyond the workout. We’re so lucky to do this with you.

This community is a gift we hold close. Thank you for making Mess feel like home all year long. Wishing everyone the happiest holidays and so much love. ✨

So grateful ✨

💛 Being named Hoboken Girl’s Best Pilates Studio is such an honor. Elevate started from a place of healing, passion, and a deep love for movement and community. To see it embraced and supported like this means more than I can say.

Thank you to every client, every instructor, and every person who has believed in this vision from the beginning. I’m endlessly grateful for all of you.✨

This community means more to me than I can put into words, and I can’t wait to continue growing together. 💛
