Sports nutrition keeps growing, and so does the need for more high-quality protein options.
RuBisCO is the most abundant proteins on Earth. It’s found in every green leaf, contains all nine essential amino acids, is highly digestible, and has strong potential across performance nutrition.
At FUDI Protein, we’re unlocking RuBisCO protein and building a new ingredient platform for the future of protein.
In this short video, I explain why RuBisCO could become an important part of the next generation of sports nutrition.
If you’re interested in what we’re building, follow FUDI Protein, share the video, and consider investing in our current community equity round while extremely attractive (bigger slice of the pie) public investor terms are still available (link in bio).

Our founder @caroline_beckman sat down with @nutraingredients NutraIngredients at Probiota Americas 2026 to talk about the estrobolome — the gut bacteria that metabolize and help regulate estrogen.

Her point: women don’t move through just one hormonal transition, but many — from menstruation and fertility to postpartum and menopause. Our microbiome support should be just as targeted. That means moving beyond broad probiotics and CFU counts toward specific strains, chosen for specific outcomes and backed by real clinical evidence.

Swipe through for the highlights — then watch the full interview via the link in our bio.

Halfway through the year and quite the 183 days it has been. I am grateful for my people and this life, the good, the bad, the ugly, and the great! Just some random 20 photos from this year!

Very proud to see África Gallego, Director & Senior Regulatory Consultant at LegaleGo Regularory, featured in @nutraingredients discussing one of the biggest mistakes in the international expansion of food supplements.

Because in Europe, the problem often does not appear when you notify a product.

It appears later.

👉 When an ingredient receives a different interpretation in another country.
👉 When an authority questions the product category.
👉 When requests or inspections appear months after launch.
👉 When the product is already on the market and the investment is already made.

And that is exactly when regulation stops being an administrative step and becomes a strategic decision.

At LegaleGo Regulatory, we have spent years seeing how the exact same food supplement can have completely different outcomes depending on the European market.

That is why we always insist on the same idea:

❌ Notification does not equal validation.
❌ Replicating is not expanding.
✅ International expansion requires regulatory strategy.

Thank you to NutraIngredients for highlighting a discussion that is becoming increasingly important for the industry.

Because compliance is not always enough.
