Wir schaffen Raum für echtes Storytelling. Aber wir gehen noch einen Schritt weiter. Denn inspiriert von der Philosophie aus dem Hause @kineticperfumes ist ein Parfüm nicht nur etwas das getragen wird, sondern es wird ein Teil von Dir.

Wir haben verlernt einen Duft in all seinen Facetten zu betrachten. Wir haben verlernt, wie ein Duft abseits der Duftpyramide wirklich riecht. Und welchen Teil unseres seins der Duft wirklich berührt.

Heute Abend haben wir einen Safe Space geschaffen um einen Duft abseits von Social Media Top Lists oder Duftnoten zu erkunden, sondern mit persönlichen Inspirationen aus dem echten Leben Momente geschaffen, die einen persönlich treffen. Berühren. Zum nachdenken anregen. Themen, die zum austausch anregen. Gedanken, Erinnerungen und Momente die plötzlich aufkommen und miteinander geteilt werden.

Ein Duft möchte nicht nur getragen werden, ein Duft möchte ein Teil von Dir werden. Und so durften heute Abend in gemeinsamer Kooperation 3 wundervolle Marken erkundet werden, die so unterschiedlich sie auch sind doch eines gemeinsam haben: sie begleiten Dich in eine sehr besondere Atmosphäre und geben einem die Möglichkeit sich selbst in dem Duft wieder zu finden.

Another wonderful evening at 15 West Berlin @15_west_berlin , discovering three completely different niche perfume brands, each with its own personality, philosophy and fascinating stories behind the fragrances. And once again, I was reminded why I find the world of niche perfumery so captivating.

D:SOL @dsolperfumes was a particularly lovely surprise. The founder himself introduced his creations, and somehow I ended up falling in love with a fragrance featuring fig! Quite unexpected, considering that fig is usually one of those notes I tend to avoid in perfumes. Apparently, there are always exceptions worth making!

NVRNAGN @nvrnagn left a completely different impression. Its deeply personal stories and the emotions behind the creations were truly moving. Some fragrances are more than compositions. They are memories, emotions and deeply personal experiences transformed into scent.

Kinetic @kineticperfumes brought yet another perspective, with five fragrances to explore, each offering its own character and interpretation of contemporary perfumery.

Both NVRNAGN and Kinetic were beautifully presented by the wonderful Vyvienne @vnb_agency_official , who brought their stories, inspiration and creative visions to life with such passion and sensitivity. It was a real pleasure meeting you, Vyvienne, and I hope our paths cross again very soon!

What I love most about evenings like this is the opportunity to discover not just new fragrances, but the people, emotions and extraordinary stories behind them. Because sometimes a perfume is much more than a beautiful scent. It can hold a memory, capture a feeling or tell a story that stays with you long after the fragrance has faded.

A special thank you to Marc for the invitation and for another inspiring evening filled with discoveries, wonderful conversations and a few unexpected surprises!

@scentsplit @nvrnagn #foryoupage #fragrancecollection #fragranceaddict I was looking for a EDP or Extrait,which encompassed rainy notes and concrete notes in the same fragrance. This fragrance just embodies a rainy day in the city to me. The weeping cherry blossom adds a softness on the dry down. Love exploring different notes and this is definitely unique.

Nie hat eine Kaugummi-Tuberose besser gerochen. Ein sanfter Hauch von Tabak und Leder liegen in der Luft. Modern, frech und aufregend.

Der letzte Drink hinter dem Samtvorhang. Aus einem höflichen „Ist hier noch frei?“ wird ein ziemlich langer Abend.
Betörende Tuberose mit animalischen Noten und Gewürzen. Er riecht ihr teures Puder. Der Geschmack von Gin liegt auf der Zunge.

Dein Rückzug in Zimmer 404. Endlich die Schuhe aus, die Stadt vor dem Fenster und für einen Moment niemand, der etwas von dir will.
Der Duft von Espresso Martini und einer langen Club Nacht liegt auf der Haut. Trocken, ambriert und spicy.

Die Suite mit dem „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild. Unsere Rezeption ist diskret. Ich bin’s eventuell weniger.
Ein overdose an Tonkabohne, klebriger, zähflüssiger Honig, Moschus und Zibet in der Luft.

Im Chez Natalie ist übrigens noch ein Zimmer frei.

I live next to a cute little coffee shop. At least twice a week, my entire house fills with the smell of burnt coffee when they clean or service the machine. I hate it.

This perfume doesn’t smell like some pretty, overpriced café… It smells like an old-fashioned diner. Slightly dusty, with stained floors, the hum of a coffee machine and a hint of smoke coming from the kitchen.

You can almost picture the people there. Someone stopping for coffee after a cigarette, another one trying to sober up after too much tequila, someone who’s had a very long night.

Nothing is pristine, but there’s something comforting about it. We’re all just people, different stories, sharing the same space for a little while.

Would I wear this perfume? Not so sure.
But damn, it smells like home.

I’ve lived here for almost two years. Someday, I’ll move away, and I’ll remember the streets, the roses outside the buildings, the beautiful skies and stars, the friendly coffee shop staff.

And maybe I’ll remember that burnt coffee smell, too.

I don’t particularly love living here. But this place has become part of my life, and I know I’ll miss parts of it.

Funny how even the things we complain about can become part of what we miss 🖤

That fresh, earthy smell after rain has a name: petrichor. It mostly comes from tiny bacteria that live in soil, and raindrops hitting the ground throw their scent into the air. Our noses are so tuned to it that one drop stirred into an Olympic swimming pool would be enough to notice. Perfumers can't bottle rain, so they rebuild it from earthy, mineral and green notes.

Cold rain hits hot concrete and the air fills with a sharp, electric charge. A cool mist settles in, like a storm breaking over a quiet grey balcony.

Sea salt drying on warm skin, over raw vetiver roots in damp sand. Crisp and a little spicy, like a cool breeze off the ocean.
