🧡 This year’s jury, chaired by Borre Akkersdijk, brings together six inspiring voices shaping design, culture, and innovation today.

Nathalie van Sasse van Ysselt — Executive creative leader and strategist. Former VP at Sphere Las Vegas, where she launched the world’s largest spherical LED display, and now founder of Atelier NVSVY.

🏆 Stay tuned. The jury and Dutch Design Awards team are hard at work on the official shortlist. The award will be presented Saturday 18 October during @dutchdesignweek—supported by @keepaneyefoundation, a longstanding partner in championing young talent.

MOTION is a monumental projection that explores cinema in the age of generative artificial intelligence, paying homage to Eadweard Muybridge, a pioneer in the study of movement.

Inspired by his emblematic film Galloping Horse (1887), the project proposes a three-minute video in which horses in motion, generated via AI models (Runway), traverse different cinematic genres and aesthetics such as western, science fiction, and animation.

This special version of MOTION was created exclusively for OFFF Festival in Barcelona, celebrating creativity, innovation, and the future of visual storytelling.
