Tried a new feel today to force a rear legged turn without using HLP

Side flip into the back of the zone was a really good forced feel that in prevent him from pushing or over striding

Very happy with the shaped and moves that it created

Haven’t seen Kellan in a minute so it was good having him back in. One thing to note is how much more aware he is about his moves

Similar to another one of my clients, he’s trying to lead with his lead shoulder while also slamming breaks and turning behind his front leg

One feel we found to work early on is to turn with his head over his front leg - ensuring his lead shoulder is working downwards

Having an exterior feel and performing it in between each rep, reinforces the right moves. No matter the result of each swing, Luke is guaranteed to have several opportunities to perform the right move within the same round.

Personally, I’m very happy with where Luke is with his swing. His actions right now are efficient and theoretically should play really well

Progressions w/ Kenny

Strong day today really reinforcing some good sequencing and shapes

Main focus was having the water bag feel like it carried over into every round - idea is to reinforce having a good anchor and good control from lift to finish

Seeing some really good flight on balls with low-mid effort which is the goal - working to improve on tunneling and pitch depth stuff as time goes on

I am beyond excited to announce that I will be continuing my athletic and academic career at Rhode Island College!

First, I would like to thank God for blessing me with this opportunity. To my parents, thank you for the endless amount of sacrifices that you made for me during this journey. They have given me countless amounts of love and support throughout the years. Thank you for being my biggest fans, I couldn’t have done this without you!

CONGRATS TO @robert.durkin.24 ON COMMITTING TO Sacred Heart Univeristy!

Absolutely pumped for this guy! Nothing but a hard worker and a will to make the changes necessary to improve.

Durk came in with a little bit of a command issue this summer and his velo wasn’t quite at what he wanted it to be. He worked his ass off to get back to 100% and more. Durk went from sitting 88-90 to sitting 90-91 topping at an all time PR of 92.7.

After fixing Durkin’s direction issue he also was able to start throwing strikes when he wanted with his fastball and slider absolute domination this summer from this guy and can’t wait to see what he does this coming spring!

On behalf of myself and everyone at NXT congrats and we look forward to seeing you compete!!

Day 32: Been a while but had to get into the lab. Been hitting 101 consistently off the tee meaning every time that I swing I hit it once but neither here nor there. The intent needs to get better and I’ll get it there.

Throwing side had a little hiccup in the process and wasn’t really able to throw higher intent for 2 weeks so have been keeping it to the 80-85 range for 1-2 times a week and recovery the rest. Starting to realize I need constraint throwing more in my routine so I have the constraints to just rip from now on. No more feeling things out just gotta get the dead arm and go.
