Skincare, self-care & a little Muay Thai 🥊✨

Such an empowering experience with @banishacnescars x @hithouse — getting to try Muay Thai for the first time while celebrating confidence, strength & feeling good in your own skin. 🤍

Loved that this experience was about more than skincare — it was about tapping into your strength, bringing out your inner warrior, and showing up confidently in your own skin. 🥊

Thank you @banishacnescars, @hithouse & @bloomsupps for such a fun and positive experience (and all the goodies ✨).

Muay Thai is good for the soul! 🥊💕

Came for the class and got so much more in return — @banish goodies, a good cardio session, connection with friends, Bloom energy drinks and just good energy all around ✨

No NYFW for me this year, but we still brought the style 💁🏾‍♀️ All @fabletics, paired with two of my favorite accessories.

Rounded out the afternoon with a delicious salad from @puravida and a little beauty moment — the new @fentybeauty foundation engraved with yours truly 💕 And BTW, I wore a sample to Muay Thai and it survived 40+ minutes of me DRIPPING sweat. Very impressed 🙌🏾 shade 476 in the new and 420 in the pro filtr for reference.

Thank you @banishacnescars x @hithouse for getting me out for an amazing time 🥊💕

Mom guilt is so bad in our society that women get it the second they are responsible for caring for children.

Sure, we all want to feed our kids super healthy meals all the time and be the absolute best mom out there.

But kids don’t give a fuck about that 😂😂😂 they love chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese. And giving it to them in moderation isn’t hurting them.

So if you are a mom who thinks that’s not acceptable, bye 😅 you won’t like what you see here.

Some days we feed our kids chicken, sweet potatoes and green beans. And some days we feed them pizza 🤷🏼‍♀️

You’re doing great momma, and don’t let the world convince you that you’re anything less than a bad ass.

“ Women are scared that getting stronger means they’ll lose their femininity but strength training does the opposite….

It helps you build shape, confidence, better posture, and a body that feels powerful” 💪🌴🦍

“A las mujeres les preocupa que ganar fuerza signifique perder su feminidad, pero el entrenamiento de fuerza logra lo contrario

Te ayuda a definir tu figura, ganar confianza y mejorar la postura, además de lograr un cuerpo que se siente poderoso” 💪🌴🦍
