The theme of this year’s Pride was “Never March Alone” and on Saturday I really felt that. 🌈🥰

I know as well as anyone how imperfect “Corpo Pride” is but marching without shame or fear with my community and allies from @PositivelyUK - grouped with lots of the other incredible HIV charities we are so lucky to have in London - was so joyful. Holding our placards high, protesting for an end to HIV stigma, demanding people SEE us and not only accept us but CELEBRATE us was empowering and invigorating!

One of the silver linings of this whole diagnosis debacle is that it has brought so many beautiful, kind, generous and inspiring people into my life. I am grateful to each of them for their determination to live fully and passionately and unapologetically. They bring me so much joy and give me so much strength.

I hope that someone in the crowd struggling with accepting themselves and loving themselves because of their HIV saw us whooping and hollering and shouting and laughing together in front of our massive U=U banner and felt that love we were throwing out to them. Whoever you are, you are not alone. 💝
