I’m @liya_kilani, and I’ve been scrolling so you don’t have to. 👀

@rhode took over a Parisian café and somehow turned croissants into a Sephora trip. @fentyskin, @glowrecipe and @hudabeauty and @wonderbath_official turned a very familiar-looking eye patch package into the beauty internet’s group chat. And @hm brought @eliesaabworld to Paris, with @zozitunzi and @realnomalanga making sure Mzansi was in the room. 🇿🇦

Back home, @absa.southafrica is putting financial education inside a storyline we actually want to follow, while @adidasza and @studio_88 are bringing @o_studioza back to Joburg for three days of film, fashion, identity, sport and creativity.

And @clarinssouthafrica found the perfect creative match in @lulamawolf for a beauty-meets-art collaboration built around duality.

Plus, @siv_gwarube made the TIME100 Next 2026 list. 🇿🇦

Beauty, fashion, money, creativity and a little South African excellence.

So... what had you stopping mid-scroll this week? 👀

With every edition, Originals Studio stays true to its name.

This year, it takes over a corner of Johannesburg, bringing every kind of creative together on one block. Each workshop is led by two hosts from different sides of the same craft, spanning film, fashion, design, and sport culture. Over the weekend, you’ll learn from them, create alongside them, and leave with something of your own.

6-8 November. Sign-ups are now open. Form in bio.

Space is limited for these exclusive free workshops. Complete the full form by Sunday, 19 October 2026 to be considered.
