🫶🏼 Thank you, thank you, thank you 🫶🏼

Organizing a market is one thing, making it a huge success takes a village and we are so thankful for ours:

🐆 Everyone who helped us promote this market - every like, comment and share helps more than you know.
🐆 Everyone who took time out of their day to help us set up and tear down. Markets are no joke - it’s truly exhausting and the extra sets of hands were so appreciated & vital to the entire flow - we couldn’t have done it without you!
🐆The Brooklin Legion for providing the perfect venue - we will definitely be back!
🐆Corey & Sarah for entertaining us with some sweet music 🎵
🐆All our incredible vendors for making it all worth while. You are such amazing women and we loved spending the evening with you all 💕
🐆To our clients - everyone who came, who chatted, who shopped, those we got to see again and those we met for the first time, we wouldn’t be doing this if it wasn’t for you. Thank you for your support but also for considering secondhand first - we have big love for this planet of ours and it makes us incredibly happy to see others who feel the same.
🐆And last- but certainly not least- to my ride or die - the other half of the jaguars. Thank you. For loving this little business as much as I do. For bringing the energy when I was flat. For going along with all my (often ridiculous) late night ideas. For being someone I genuinely can’t wait to spend the day with (no matter what we are doing). Thank you for being you 💕

Stay tuned & follow along so you don’t miss out on our next Sip & Shop Thrift Market

Until the next one 💋🐆🐆

Sometimes a coffee meeting is never just about coffee.

Today was about taking a risk. Showing up. Putting myself out there without expectations, without an agenda, and without the masks we so often wear to protect ourselves.

Today was about connection and undoing the aloneness.

The kind of connection that happens when two humans meet each other with curiosity, authenticity, and openness. The kind that reminds us we were never meant to do life alone.

As a psychotherapist, I often witness how deeply people long to be seen and heard, not for who they think they should be, but for who they truly are. Healing doesn’t only happen in therapy rooms. It happens in relationships. In conversations. In moments where we allow ourselves to be known.

Today reminded me that vulnerability is not weakness. It is the bridge to connection.

Here’s to taking chances, being human, and finding the courage to show up as ourselves.
