Week 3 SBD total. Definitely feeling detrained so everything felt slow but moved quick. Feeling more hungry after the meet so time to pick up the pace. God bless!

Block 1 Week 2 SBD total. Definitely a good week with the new form changes. Using the asian hip mobility genetics on deadlift has been great. Squat a bit wider. Looking to put up some good numbers. God bless!

The logbook doesn’t lie.

Full pull day workout, bit heavier focus on biceps over back with some shoulders and abs at the end

Rep PR coming off 2 weeks of rest after hitting an all-time Squat PR of 457Ibs. Last 2 reps would’ve moved a lot better if I hadn’t bumped the squat rack. Need better spatial awareness but squats are booming in 2026 📈

Year 1 of powerlifting comes to a close. Time to amp it up and see what year 2 produces. God bless!

Definitely my best lift since starting to lose weight again. Waist is getting slimmer but we are still pushing for PRs!
