YOU CHOSE A NATURAL SHOW...You should get what you came for!

✔️ OCB CHECKS ALL THE BOXES!
In the OCB, we believe in accountability. Athletes are accountable to the organization and the organization is accountable to ALL of the athletes.
.
This means doing what we claim we do with respect to drug testing AND providing receipts in the form of lab reports to our promoters and athletes.🧾

⏩ CONSISTENCY AT EVERY OCB SHOW...

▪️Pre-competition drug test screenings of all athletes.
▪️WADA Olympic level drug testing & guidelines
▪️Consistent urinalysis testing of winners.
▪️Year around random testing of amateurs and pros.
▪️Lab reports provided to every tested athlete...because we actually send samples to the lab!

For more lat activation, take emphasis off of the shoulders 👌

The momentum of the shoulders swinging forward will create more pull on the shoulders and less squeeze on the lats. This can throw off the symmetry in the front pose.

In addition I have competitive clients that compete across a variety of classes and have been a judge myself for the last few years. I will be providing judges critiques on your size, symmetry and conditioning for your class as well as what the judges are looking for from a judges table.

Team Diamond 💎 Men’s Physique Athlete Jevon with a huge Back Pose Transformation 😮‍💨

Week 1 posing: Back was tight, a lot of squeeze on the traps taking the focus off of the lats

Week 2 posing: lats are open now 😈 much wider frame really opening up the back but the shoulders are not relaxed so it was taking away fullness on the lats

Week 3 posing: back pose has improved tremendously 🙌 more relaxed shoulders in this pose to fill the lats up more

Jevon is going to be coming in rock solid for his first show 👌🏆

Throw back to the day I got my #procard

I was so overwhelmed and it was such a surreal moment.

We are growing and building a better package for the next time we hit the stage but this moment…will always have the most amazing place in my heart.
