It was great to show Peter and Simone from @oceanroadlandscaping our new Warrandyte site. Ben loved to hear about how their plant focused designs have been shaping the surf coast for the last 30 years. Our industry is stronger together when we share knowledge and learn from each other 🪴🪴🪴

A little snapshot of life lately.

Building, planning, measuring, making decisions... and slowly watching it all come together.

(Plus a little sneak peek at something we’re pretty excited about 🌿)

Loved visiting Sunnymeade the garden of Peter & Simone Shaw @oceanroadlandscaping through @opengardensvictoria. The garden was designed for & evolved alongside the Shaw family. I felt like I was being embraced in a big hug as I Meandered through the garden of lush plantings, intentionally curated garden spaces & creative installations. Enjoyed an inspiring chat with Peter fellow therapeutic gardening "kin" 🙏🏼

Unsurprisingly Sunnymeade features in Sandra Schwarz's book Restore @human_nature_scapes. In her chapter on "Spaciality" Sandra speaks about the use of the "gentle transition" between the garden spaces and the "legibility" of balancing the sense of mystery and "revealing enough to ensure a sense of safety". I loved how Sandra also experienced the space as a "big hug" 🤗
