Went live on Rampai Pagi RTB for the Wawancara Brunei BARA OCR National Team on the recent UIPM Global Laser Run City Tour Singapore Competition. Fun experience with the RTB crew and thank you for making us feel calm throughout the segment (dalam hati kabak-kabak). Posting this here for memories!

THE ALPHA CHALLENGE
National Stadium 24 November 2024

2nd Alpha Challenge marking my 1 year involvement with Obstacle Course Racing. Thankful to the local OCR Community that helped me grow throughout this whole year of OCR adventures and crazies. This was also my first time racing as a Team for a long distance race, the habit of individuality is still a challenge to adapt to. But the experience of running and completing as a Team was something fulfilling. Truly was a “alone, you’ll go fast. but together, you’ll go far” kind of thing (any further will end up me either being left behind or me leaving everyone else 🤪).

As always, strong performance not just by my team (Aroo Suicide Squad) but all of the @team_aroo who was racing that day!! Such an inspiration to see all walks of life attempting and completing the challenge.

Overall, the race itself was one on the good side in terms of event and course management. It had little hiccups than I expected!! Since The Alpha Challenge is the only “long-distance” OCR event in Brunei, I always look forward to be a part of it!! Here’s to bigger and better race up ahead!! Thank you @thealphachallengebn for another wonderful year of racing!!

Off to the next one! 💪🏻
