Growing up, I struggled with insecurity due to being super skinny. It wasn’t until I hit 20 that I took control of my physical health and embarked on a journey of self-transformation. Falling in love with fitness, I dedicated myself to training and educating myself, ultimately sculpting my dream body.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with others, aiming to empower them to achieve their fitness goals and experience the same life-changing transformation I did.

First run of the year 🏃🏾‍♂️ my goal this year is to spend as much time outdoors doing as much active activities as I can. You're only your age once. Try new things, make mistakes, learn and keep going!

•As my warmup before my run I did
- A skips
- Walking lunges
- Open the gate
