POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Before Sabrina Claudio’s album came to life, there was Fall in Love with Her. Sabrina Claudio has shared that the story was loosely inspired by conversations she had with writer and actress Jazmin Garcia-Larracuente, who stars as Mae. Interestingly, the album was created after the film was completed. Fall in Love with Her marks Claudio’s acting debut. She stars alongside actor Ta’imua, who also appeared in her music videos for “Need U to Need Me” and “Before It’s Too Late,” as well as the Oscar nominated short film Jane Austen’s Period Drama.

🚨 YOU KNOW THOSE BOOKS THAT ARRIVE AND YOU JUST KNOW… EVERYTHING ELSE CAN WAIT? 🚨

Yeah. THIS IS THAT BOOK. 👀📖

LESSONS FROM A DEAD GIRL 💀📚

Thank you so much to Official 94 Films for sending me this one! I cannot wait to dive in—and you’re going to want to add this to your TBR too!

Because here’s the kicker… 👀
🎬 This is being made into a miniseries!

And you KNOW how we do it in the book community. We read the book FIRST, then watch the adaptation! 😂📖➡️🎬

Leah Greene is dead, and Laine is left wondering how much she’s to blame. Their troubled friendship was filled with secrets, shame, manipulation, and things Leah insisted were “just practicing.” Now Laine has to confront the past, uncover the truth, and find a way to forgive Leah—and ultimately, herself.

Yeah… I’m dropping everything for this one. 👀

QOTD: When a book becomes a movie or TV show, do you READ IT FIRST 📖 or WATCH IT FIRST 🎬?

I was put onto this film by @official94films, as you know I always go on about visual companions to music, and adore independent filmmaking, and this short film was a really unique take on fleshing out a piece of music. It’s up on YouTube if you wanna go support and watch for yourself

Happy One Year anniversary to the transformative album, “Fall in Love with Her” by the wonderful and ever talented @sabrinaclaudio

This project is one for the books. It was so beautiful to be able to listen and watch the fruits of Sabrina’s artistic evolution. What a privilege to be able to witness. I still have to make a post about the film, that’s to come soon. I’ve been sitting with it and making space for the art. To say I’m inspired is an understatement.

Happy, happy anniversary 🕊️
