In front of 73,000 fans at the Estádio da Luz, Santos faced Eusébio’s Benfica, the reigning European champions, in the Intercontinental Cup final. Pelé scored three times, Santos won 5–2 and conquered the world for the first time. Those who were there say it was the greatest game of the King’s life.

On a rencontré l’un des artistes football les plus cool de ces dernières années. Un regard singulier, loin des habituels épicentres européens et sud-américains.
