There’s something powerful about doing hard things with good people.

After an incredible run on Saturday, we headed to @saunahaus.cpt for a sauna and cold plunge session and it was exactly what we needed. A reminder that recovery is just as important as the work itself.

Fresh minds. Stronger bodies. Intentional living. A more holistic way to show up every day.

My running app thinks I’m winning. 🏃🏽‍♂️

It saw the kilometres.

Getting out of the normal gym routine is one of my favourite things to do.

As much as I love the gym, it’s easy to get comfortable doing the same workouts week after week. Every now and then, stepping into a different kind of challenge reminds me that fitness is about more than lifting weights—it’s about building a body that’s capable, adaptable, and ready for life.

Hit the hills with the gents this past Saturday, and it was exactly the reset I needed. Different challenge. Different views. Same goal: keep moving.

Next time it might be a hike, a run, a swim, or something completely different—but one thing’s for sure: I’m not choosing the couch.

Your body was made to move. Don’t let your routine become your limit.

After seeing these Fullsend Final photos I understood why 17 year old @liams_trail thought I was 32 💀 scared how little I’ve accomplished for an unc. Gotta change that asap…also just for the record I’m 26 and equally as unaccomplished 😂
