⚡ NICEIC APPROVED CONTRACTOR ⚡

We’re pleased to announce that EVolt Energy is now officially registered under the NICEIC Approved Contractor Scheme. 🟢

For those unfamiliar, NICEIC is the UK’s most recognised certification bodies for the electrical contracting industry, with its Approved Contractor Scheme assessing businesses against rigorous technical and professional standards.

This is not simply a registration or a certificate that can be purchased.

Achieving approval involves a thorough independent assessment of a company’s technical competence, qualifications, electrical installations, inspection and testing procedures, safety practices and documentation.

It requires businesses to demonstrate that they have the knowledge, experience and systems in place to carry out electrical work safely and competently, in accordance with the relevant industry standards.

Importantly, approval isn’t the end of the process. NICEIC Approved Contractors are subject to ongoing assessments to ensure these standards continue to be maintained.

For our customers, this provides an additional level of confidence that the company carrying out their electrical work has been independently assessed and operates to recognised industry standards.

At EVolt Energy, quality workmanship, safety and professionalism have always been at the centre of what we do. Achieving NICEIC Approved Contractor status is an important recognition of those standards and the work that goes on behind the scenes.

We’re proud to add this accreditation to EVolt Energy as we continue to grow and develop our services.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support and trust us with their installations. ⚡

From essential electrical safety work to completely transforming the outside space. ⚡️💡

This project started with the installation of new circuits for the air-conditioning system, followed by a full EICR to assess the condition and safety of the existing electrical installation.

From there, we carried out the necessary remedial works before moving onto the next stage — the front and rear garden lighting.

The external lighting has completely changed the property after dark, with feature lighting, architectural lighting and LED strip lighting incorporated throughout the garden, steps and landscaped areas.

The garden lighting is controlled using Quinetic wireless controls, giving the client convenient switching as well as full app control from their phone. 📱💡

A good example of what we do at Helsdown Electrical Contractors — making sure an installation doesn't just look good, but that what's behind it is properly installed, tested and safe too.

There's more to come on this project, but for now the property is a safer, smarter and much better-looking living space. ⚡️🏡
