The older we get, the less we care what people think… I love that for us 🖤🔒

She don’t miss 🎯 Another very successful & instantly beneficial session with @officialshanneltherapy 🔥

Yesterday morning doing my weekly check in photos for @sas_heirati I noticed I was having difficulty getting in to my double bicep poses 💪🏾 I was struggling to externally rotate at the shoulder joint and lock in the pose which showed in the photos… Training is the day to day process but ultimately this competitive bodybuilding journey is all about presenting the finished product on stage 💪🏾 If you can’t display what you’ve work hard to build then what’s the point 😅
.
.
I already had an appointment booked that evening so we got right to work to address the problem 👊🏾 After having Shannel assess my posture/poses she found that I was very tight though the rear delt, teres minor and trap 😣 working thoroughly through these areas as well as some work on the pecs, lats, anterior delts ect… By the end of the session I was able to hit these poses with no discomfort or restriction! ☺️
.
.
As usual in one appointment… She shoots, she scores! 🏀 Appreciate you! 🙏🏾💙

Bodybuilding is perceived as a solo effort, that one man or woman standing alone up on that stage - But the truth is behind the scenes we have a whole team of people supporting and helping us to be the best we can be!

@officialshanneltherapy appreciate you! 🤗✨❤️
