We are all born with sensitivity. And that sensitivity has a language. Nobody teaches you this, and I see clarity collapsing when people are expected to move with certainty in a language nobody taught them. Even when they are guided, even when they are supported. Design is one area where this literally becomes visible. The key is not a having a formula, but having a vocabulary to read and translate your thoughts and feelings into a clear visual direction that speaks about you. Link to enter this world is in my bio 🔗 #designlanguage #design #designdirection #intentionaldesign #visuallanguage

Perth.Art.Seeker Art Radar — May A curated shortlist of exhibitions on my radar this month. Tap the pics for tags to the artists and/or exhibition spaces for more info to plan your visit. Rather than trying to cover everything that’s on, this is a personal edit of art shows and shows about art that have caught my attention and that I’m keen to catch this month. The radar is shared as a carousel, so it’s necessarily limited by format (#pics and #tags). I hope this encourages you to look more closely, plan a visit, engage with artists and exhibition spaces, and spend time with the depth and ambition of Perth’s art scene. Swipe through for the May Art Radar ⟶ I also encourage you to add shows you have really enjoyed this month in the comments - remember to tag artist/s and exhibition space.
