Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday I'm at @planetfitness doing my OTPST. Being consistent is key, this is technically week 13 and I'm feeling stronger.... I wish I saw it physically, but 1 step at a time. Movement, Sweat, Consistency.... that's what I'm aiming for right now.

I can't believe this was 8 WKS AGO.
I have progressed so much since this video was taken.
Since doing OTPST I can say with certainty that I feel much stronger and I can access pole tricks I couldn't in the past. I had almost given up inverting from the ground. But now I can get there with much more ease (it's not pretty but progress over perfection)
Consistency is the key ....

My badass long distance training buddy, @pashabra , inspires me every single day! And I’ll be honest… sometimes seeing her wins gives me a little sting inside. But then I breathe and remember- our journeys are our own & I AM GRATFUL FOR HER! Grateful that her strength fuels mine. Grateful we get to lift each other up, even from a distance.

She isn’t my competition. She’s my mirror for what’s possible. She’s the spark that reminds me to keep growing!

Monday @pashabra posted a trick I’ve wanted for a while. Later that day? I unlocked it too! Not because I was “catching up” but because she showed me what was possible! 🤩👯‍♀️
