Thank you to everyone for the love & support. Happy to get to finally step on the stage & we’re taking away a lot of crucial information moving forward.

Need to come in leaner, luckily have a solid 10-15lbs of lean mass we can put on & going into my 1st off season with a coach I’m super excited to get back to work.

Huge thank you to:
My coach @the.jake.strain , super excited to work with you moving forward.
My posing coach @superman51016 , if you saw my posing when we first started you’d be shocked.
And @thebodyworkcollectiveco for taping me up and putting me back together every time I let my ego get the best of me in the gym.

Everyday we get the same 24 hours, the time will pass whether you put the work in or don’t.

Thank you.

Three and a half decades. It’s insane and incredible all at the same time. Growing up, I don’t think I ever had “realistic dreams”— but even if I did, I could have never imagined how my life would actually turn out. While I’ve lost people I thought would be here forever, I’ve found my true village in the ones who stuck around and the beautiful new souls who find me along the way.

Life hasn’t always been easy and it comes at you fast, but man, has it been worth it. I’m surrounded by a love & support like no other thanks to my husband, son, family, and friends. I can’t wait to see what this next trip around the sun holds—praying for more travels, laughs, and pure peace.

Thank you for all the birthday love! I love y’all DEEP! 🤍
