When was the last time you thanked an e-biker for making you look like a good, old fashioned acoustic biker?

STARLINK?! Nooo silly, STARLING!

@okidner is an MTB coach at Bristol’s @pedalprogression and needs a bike that’s simple, tough, reliable and will just keep on grinding every single day, rain or shine - cos a missed ride means letting the kids down, and we can’t have that!

Obvs, he chose a Murmur - in a custom yellow with some lovely Formula suspension.

Proud to keep ya on two wheels Oli 🤝

The Campout Crew 😍 Just a few of the dudes that joined us for this weekends 10 Year Camp Out - a weekend of Beers, BBQs and Bike Rides!

SO good to get a whole heap of Starlings (and a few other bikes too!) all into one place. Same again next year!

The 10 Years of Starling Camp Out was SOMETHING ELSE 😍

We booked a campsite and threw out an invite out to join us for b33rs, BBQs and bike rides, all to celebrate our 10th year in business.

We weren’t sure anyone would even show up - but - a load of our friends and customer joined in, the sun shone, @lefthandedgiantbrewing gifted us a load of b34r and we had a blast 🍻

THANKS to everyone that joined in - special mention goes to @viaje.ch, all the way from Switzerland in his camper 🙌

Same time next year anyone?!

"It’s all about the rider, not the bike.

You might not admit it but you know it deep down. You’ve only ever fallen off your bike for two reasons.

Either you didn’t pull your brakes in time or you lost your balance.

When you simplify a crash down to that level it makes understanding what happened and rationalising it much simpler.”

Wise Words coming at you this week from @pedalprogression 's @okidner 🙏

“Hey Joe! What’s going on with the new Sturn DH bike?”

We’re taking our time to really get this one right. DH bikes get put through a whole load of hammering and we want our new one to be as fun, reliable, tough, simple and “Starling” as possible.

Our prototypes were looking good - but - real world testing did its job and flagged an issue. We’ve now rejigged and we’re back to testing and making sure it’s up to scratch. If you’re right first time, you’ve probably missed something… right?

So… not long now, but it’ll be ready when it’s ready. Feel free to email and register your interest if you want one when they’re done.

Thanks to @okidner @_jameswhitby @realdrjrich @isaac_and_sons for their help with testing 🙏
