Booked one of the biggest spots of my career - if not thee biggest. Arguably every actors jackpot, the holy grail for an actor, “nat net, etc”. TV appearances build your resume but a Nat net commercial fund your year.

I usually NEVER share my journals but I’ll share this one because it’s special to me and maybe it’ll be an inspiration to someone.

I’m truly living in my purpose. Teaching acting/filmmaking to youth and adults, producing, acting and creating. Just a kid from good ole lake city, sc.
High risk, high reward mentality.
Like the late great Kobe Bean said, “jobs not finished”.

💪🏾In a few months I’ll have 2 national spots airing simultaneously. #actorslife #olanderwilsonactingstudio #auditions #bookedit

We came on this production as actors but we’re leaving as producers. This is what it looks like when actors stop waiting around for someone to cast them.
If they don’t cast you…cast yourself!

Produced BY youth and produced FOR youth!
We are in 3 different states producing 1 pilot.
Wedgefield the series coming soon!

Asking God for favor and praying that my name be brought up in rooms that I have no idea about, Is truly a blessing. You never know whose life you’re changing or who’s championing your name behind closed doors.

“This is especially notable not only because his class is new this year to Caton — but because the students were making space to include these on the surveys (there’s no write-in option on the form, as is). Please pass the thanks and sweetness on to him!”

Running around this city as an artist, working on 50 projects at a time. Writing, directing, editing, teaching, auditioning, producing etc etc - I forget the lives that I’m impacting daily.

I always say success looks different for everyone - for me…this is my success. Inspiring everyone that I come in contact with and Lifting as I climb! Thank you to the youth who made space for me. I’ll continue to pay it forward.

SHOW TIME! LINK IN BIO

Join us for a re-imagining of Annie Jr.! Directed by @latrisaharper
This HSA production will see the iconic musical relocated to the vibrant, historically rich streets of Harlem. This is a community defined by its legacy of Black and Brown culture, now steadily growing more diverse and it’s such a dynamic blend perfectly reflected by the students at The Harlem School of the Arts.

Will you be in attendance for opening night 1/23?
