LM Launch was off the charts today at North Clermont! All the vibes, all the hype, and all the feels. Thanks to the FitnessCF instructor team and the amazing members who showed up today. I had to learn choreo for 3 formats and did pretty good, lol. Enjoy the pics and videos 😁

BODYCOMBAT Advanced Trainer unlocked! 👊🏾💥

Thank You Jen for stepping in and delivering an amazing training session. Limiting Beliefs were explored and Empowering Beliefs were reaffirmed. I really appreciate the support and the feedback. But more importantly it’s the Community. I’m proud to be a group fitness instructor and I never take my position for granted. I’m 3 for 3 now(Pump/Core/Combat)💪🏾

Got a lifting session in this morning with a great coach and buddy, Jake Young.
Thanks for the workout. Miss our sessions tremendously.
Jake really helped me with the strength building, PT certification, and programming journey. Check out his place.

After spending the last few weeks knocking out weight loss and other personal goals, Clay jumped on the PR train this morning. First 1rm PR in a few training blocks and well earned. Great job, Clay!

The birthday boy was pretty pumped to have 3 wheels on his back again.

The minor setback we had is now comfortably in the rear view mirror now and we are back to loading up the bar how we’d like.

Great job Clay 💪
