AUTUMNS UP HOT DOG MENU

We’re gearing up for the end of the 2026 Pop-Up season with a celebration of autumn beers, bierstacheln service, annnnd a full menu of specialty hot dogs for the day! We’ve been focusing on the beer part of things, and wanted to take a minute to highlight the glizzy goodness that’s in store for event goers on Saturday, November 7th.

Here’s the menu for the day, AND, each hot dog is available as a veggie dog!!

- Big Hop Dog: Sauerkraut, caramelized onions, Big Hop mustard.
- Fat Gary Chili Cheese Dog: Beef or veggie chili, Fat Gary cheese sauce, raw onions.
- Just a Lil Gratitude Dog: Sauteed mushrooms, Gratitude Barleywine onion jam.
- We’ll also have plain hot dogs with ketchup, mustard, and/or relish

As a reminder, you get one hot dog of your choice included with your ticket price, and each dog after that is a la carte.

Your $20 ticket also nets you entry to the fest, a mug for keeps, a DJ set from our very own @ben_anton42, all the bierstacheln service you’d like to enjoy, and your first full beer... or your first TWO full beers if you’re part of our GOOD FRIEND Digital Mug Club! All beers are $6 otherwise and the mugs are 14oz! We’ll also be featuring guest taps from @oldthunderbrewing, @goldenagebeer, and @localremedybrewing in addition to our lineup of beers.

Hope to catch ya down at the Pop-Up for one last day of riverside beers in 2026!!

Onionsssss 🧅 yesterday I thought Tyler was being heavy handed with them and I told him so 😂you would’ve thought I slapped an old lady from the look he gave me. Never question the chef I guess 🤷‍♀️

Let me tell ya something. When we come to @oldthunderbrewing I know almost every face I see. It’s incredible how many people we see twice a month, every month at this place. It’s because of YOU that we get to do this. Thank you doesn’t cover it. We love ya! ❤️

Sometimes what I really need is a vessel for my ranch 🤤 I’m a huge ranch supporter, yet also a critic.

Like our ranch? Let’s be friends. Hate our ranch? Let’s be enemies.

What a way to wrap up the season! NRG provided the perfect venue for the last round. Some really good trails, and some tight racing. Ended up p3 on the day, 2 tenths off @timothy_beyeler in 2nd. Tough season for me with a ton of ups and downs, so really couldn’t be happier with 3rd in the overall. Sad this was the last @wvenduroseries for the year, but alright fired up for next year.

Big shoutout out to @micahdg12 and everyone involved in this amazing series. You guys work your butts off and we all really appreciate it. See yinz next year!
