A small workshop secret.

Before throwing away used sanding discs, try this!

Simple, practical, and surprisingly effective.

Honored to be featured by @stoneideascom .

A heartfelt thank you to Peter Becker for taking the time to discover and share the story behind mARTable and my work with marble.
It means a lot to see handmade craftsmanship, Greek marble, and the philosophy of "the value of less" presented to an international audience.

Thank you for the thoughtful feature and your support of contemporary stone design.

What happens when you cut into something that’s already complete?

It started as a grey marble circle.
Balanced. Finished.

Then I noticed a small white leftover on the bench.
And instead of leaving it untouched, i made a cut.

Α risky move because marble doesn’t forgive.
The white piece didn’t sit on top. It entered the form.

What you see is not an addition.
It’s an interruption.

That’s where DUO begins.

Italy calls… and this one is already on its way 🇮🇹

Stone: Blue Granite
Metal: Sterling Silver 925 handmade by @creatingjewellery

There’s something special when a piece leaves the studio
and finds its place somewhere else.

This ring is traveling from Greece to Italy !!!
A small marble object carrying its own story, material, and form.

Italy feels close. Maybe because we speak the same language… through design.

From our workshop in Greece
to a new home across the border.

From raw slab to wearable object.

A single material.
A continuous transformation.
What begins as a deep blue stone...dense, silent, architectural is cut, shaped, and reduced into a form that can be worn!

Not decoration.
A fragment of material, translated into scale.

The texture remains.
The weight remains.
The presence remains.

A marble object now resting on the body!!!

This is where it begins.

It starts with a simple gesture.
A line drawn directly onto marble.

No screens. No simulation.
Just hand and material.

From there, the process takes over...
cutting, shaping, refining

Not to decorate,
but to reveal a form.

A wall object,
defined by its structure and material presence.

A dialogue between scale.

From quarry-scale to hand-scale.
The same material, different language.

Black marble holds the weight.
White marble defines the cut.

From slab to object.

Marble, before it becomes form.
Cut, tested, rearranged.
Not everything becomes a piece...
some shapes stay as studies.

Working with blue stone lately.
Exploring weight, balance, repetition.

A small marble composition.

Green Tinos meets White Thassos.
One stands. One rests.
Presented in a soft, minimal packaging...
designed to hold the object as part of the experience.

Searching for form inside the stone.

Between raw marble and finished object,
there is always a moment of observation.
A dialogue with material before design begins.
This is where ideas take shape.
