Other than @oli.cookson ready for his 1:07 PRO Hyrox! The rest of these guys didn’t even know what Hyrox was earlier today- but woahhh great news- they are fit & ready & highly competitive! 😂

“It’s all mental, you can always go one more.” 👀🤣“

All things Wall ball training & strengthening- credit to the best coach around: @ryangibneycoaching

met Gonzalo at a surf shop in Cascais. next morning, ran Sintra National Park together.

views were incredible, but hearing his story was better. why he started running, where he wants to take it.

these are the stories that build Conduit.

gave him a shirt. next year, we’re racing IRONMAN 70.3 Cascais together.

let’s go. ⚡

most common question I get about Conduit: what actually is cordyceps?

fungus, used in Eastern medicine for centuries. we use fruiting body extract specifically, higher cordycepin content than the mycelium form most brands use, that’s the compound linked to endurance and cellular energy production.

didn’t want to only supplement half the equation. creatine for the lift. cordyceps for the miles after it.

not qualifying for 70.3 Worlds this year. so we pivot, training for HYROX Denver in November.

racing Pro Doubles, need a partner. house out there fits 3-4 more athletes, Conduit covers the stay, you cover the flight.

this is what the community is built on, showing up for each other, holding eachother accountable, and competing as one.

reach out if you want in. DM us. ⚡

“that’s something I want to tie into Conduit, that spiritual pursuit of endurance.”

Training is physical. It’s mental.

But at its core, it’s a spiritual pursuit of endurance and faith.

That’s what Conduit is built on.⚡

Strength. Endurance. Connection.

Riding next to coach @dgom1 the kind of pace that doesn’t let you fake it.

Built the same way: Conduit Hybrid. Creatine + Cordyceps, for the lift and the miles after it.

Founding Athlete List is open. Link in bio.⚡
