2 freakin years.⁣
not gonna lie y’all, parts of today were rough! that rough space always sucks in the moment. but! we owned up to our crap and moved on from it. goes to show that even on a major day like today - it doesn’t exempt us from God growing us.⁣

despite all of that, beauty truly comes from adversity. read on to see the 13 lessons + truths that came of this past year c Joziah. ✨✨⁣

1. I can be petty AF ⁣🤦🏽‍♀️
2. I sometimes have a tendency to experience high stress levels + take it out on Jo ⁣
3. give Jesus every. single. uncontrollable⁣
4. get genuine supporters + prayer warriors around you ⁣🙏🏽
5. favorites: forehead kisses, forehead touches, and few fingers > entire hand wen holding hands ⁣🥰
6. we can speak it all we want, but it isn’t until we put our vision into practice that we are able to reap the fruits of our harvest ⁣
7. cut the expectations ⁣✂️
8. get freakin creative⁣
9. even if the past resurfaces, keep working thru it together c grace, understanding, + straight up honesty ⁣
10. set goals together: accountability + encouragement ⁣💪🏽
11. prioritize quality time c each other’s families ⁣💞
12. we love well, but God loves best ⁣💯
13. acknowledge the hard stuff, communicate it, + confront it together⁣
