Had to infuse one of my favourite gospel licks from @itskevinbond.007 into this beautiful piece by @badgalriri . Only real gospel musicians will recognize this one. What song did I borrow this lick from? Let me know in the comments. 👇👇

So this significant thing happened... and WOW!!! I am beyond grateful and honored to have been a part of the inaugural Berklee in Nigeria / Tiwa Savage Music Intensive!!!

For something of this magnitude to be successful, it takes vision, courage, action, alignment, and countless people working together behind the scenes. What was created was nothing short of extraordinary.

Tiwa, I've already shared this with you personally, but what you're doing is positively powerful. It reaches far beyond popularity. You are a global superstar; our sister, yet you continue to create opportunities for gifted artists to see their dreams realized in real time, all while leading with grace, humility, and authenticity. This is the work of a true queen.

I pray God continues to breathe abundantly and endlessly on all that you are building, and I sincerely hope this is not our last encounter.

You granted me the privilege of teaching, presenting masterclasses, mentoring, and performing throughout this experience, and I do not take that lightly. To be entrusted in that capacity within such a historic program is an honor I will always carry with me.

To you, Jason Camelio, Anne Peckham, Phil Lima, and the entire team who worked tirelessly to make this experience possible, thank you. Thank you for your vision, your generosity, your care, for seeing the gifts God has placed in me, and allowing me to share them across the world.

What I hope people take from these highlights is the gratitude, joy, cultural connection, musical excellence, faith, inspiration, and the incredible warmth of the people I met in beautiful Nigeria!

The experience, impact, music, and blessings all happened. Relationships built decades ago were reaffirmed. New relationships were formed and connecting with phenomenal artists and students whose talent left me in awe, all while first representing God, artistry, education, singers who are musicians (because yes, we are! 😊), and the world's finest music college aren't small things.

Memories were created that will last a lifetime. This was a beautiful moment for all! 🎶🇳🇬 #godsdoing #significant #tiwasavage #makinghistory #nigeriaisbeautiful

Oludee is a soulful Nigerian singer whose music blends gospel warmth with contemporary rhythms. She gained wide recognition with her 2024 single “Liar Liar” featuring Naomi Mac, a powerful song about breaking free from deception and embracing God’s truth. Her sound merges afro-gospel and acoustic intimacy, creating uplifting music that resonates with listeners seeking healing and hope.

Come listen to her teach and talk about sound; Music as a central to African storytelling and how she thinks sound shapes the emotional journey of a film
