A big, random photo dump of some of the great people and amazing restaurants I’ve had the privilege of working with/in over 13 years with Hawksmoor. I started as a slightly lost bartender in my late 20’s and ended up helping open nine restaurants in 3 countries as a GM and then beverage director. Needless to say @wjjbeckett , Huw Gott and Tim Gould have been inspirational bosses and the fact that so many of us stay for so long is testament to this.

12 years ago I made a (ridiculously heavy) oak table for my brother using timber left over from the build of a green oak timber frame house. It no longer fits in his life, and so has made its way back into mine. And on top of that, I once again live just down the road from where I made it.

Welcome home old friend. I see that you are in need of a bit of TLC. Well, so am I. A lot can happen in 12 years. Let's see what we can do...
