Have you ever wanted something so bad but couldn’t take that first step? Something was holding you back. You kept making excuses.

I don’t have enough time.
My kids are too young.
I’m not good enough.
I can’t right now. I’m watching my spending.

Then you find yourself watching time pass by but nothing is changing for you. Your circumstances are not improving. You are staying the same because you didn’t take that first initial step.

This is your daily dose of motivation to stop contemplating and overthinking and to make that first move! Take action even if it’s messy action because that will at least move you in the forward direction! Don’t be afraid to fail forward. I do all the time! Now go get ‘em!

I guess I am one day late for #internationalyogaday but I have been fortunate enough to find this community through a friend after the cheer team at SMC fell apart. After just taking photos and being in a shell, I started meeting a ton of new friends and learning how to be bendy 😍. Everything hasn't always been rainbows and unicorns at the beach. Life happens, people move on, the planet literally catches on fire and people lose their minds, yet there is still a community of friends to come back to. Make sure to have a good mug(s) of coffee before doing anything 😂😂. #yogainspiration #yogaeverydamnday #acroyogalove #fitness #friends #fridaynightlights #yoga #healthylifestyle #santamonica #santamonicapier #yogaphotography #partneryoga #originalmusclebeach #optoutside #brcc #blackriflecoffee #yogacommunity #getoutside #california #canonphotography #getbendy #alo #lululemon
